Curated at Home Orders:

All Home Items are Final SaleWe work with only the best in the shipping industry to ensure that your items arrive at your home safely and undamaged. In the unlikely occurrence that your item arrives damaged, defected or incorrect, it must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item. You may contact us through our customer service email listed above.  Damage claims will be denied if the item has been used or installed.

NOTE: Different computers and web browsers display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. Similarly, all items made from natural products (including but not limited to: wood, marble, limestone, alabaster, glazed ceramic, etc.) will have natural variations and no two items will look identical. These variations are expected and will NOT be considered defects, damages, or incorrect items.



Tracking information will be provided for all orders. 

International shipping is not offered at this time.

In the case that your package is lost or becomes a delivery exception, please email us at including your name and order number and we will do our best to rectify the issue. 


Curated Clothing Returns:

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery, in the form of a store credit ONLY. Returns are only available for full-priced clothing. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. All swimwear, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and sale order purchases are FINAL SALE. 

In order to process a return, please see "Make a Return" tab at the bottom of our page. You will be notified once a return is processed.  Please consider the following when requesting a return:

    • Please include order number and customer name.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You are responsible for shipping the item back to the address below.
    • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is complete.
    • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
    • Sale items, jewelry and accessories are not able to be returned unless there is a damage.

Defects or Problems With Your Clothing Order?

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary, please consider these elements when making your purchase.
