Add some shine in the Tara Blouse. Cut in our glistening lurex chiffon fabrication with a flowy loose fit throughout the body. Features honeycomb pleating at the yoke and a deep V neckline. The billowing sleeve features a ruffle trim and an elastic bottom hem. Fully lined body and unlined semi-sheer sleeves.
